Payments, Returns and Refunds Policy for Consumers Payments

PAYMENTS

Wealthlooks Ltd currently accepts payments via JCC, or any other method that shall be available for payments from time to time.

Any changes to the payment methods can be made at the discretion of WEALTHLOOKS LTD and the latter reserves the right to change the method of payment and to add or modify the procedures, without informing the customers, who shall be informed about the existing payment methods through displaying these in the online store before the conclusion of the respective contract.

In case of payments made by credit card, these may be effected only through accepted cards. The process of payment through credit/debit cards shall at all times be completed through a recognized institution that provides all the security guarantees of electronic payments.

The collection and processing of payment data submitted by the customer, is carried out by a third-party institution which is solely responsible for the processing and for the completion of the payment. Any problem which arises when paying by credit/debit card will be the responsibility of the payment service provider. Wealthlooks Ltd does not store or process card details of its customers and it is also entitled to reject the customer’s order or to withdraw from the contract of sale at any time if it established or if there is a possibility that there is an issue in relation to the card details. The customer bears the full and exclusive responsibility for the correct entry of his/her card details in the payment system.

A commission of 5 euros applies on any amount withdraw for payout transactions and any other commission of the payment service provider (JCC etc).

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Change your mind return

We want you to be happy with all your purchases from www.wealthlooks.com . Should you change your mind about your purchase, please return the product in mint condition, sealed, unused and with our receipt or other proof of purchase, within 14 days of delivery (the return period) and we’ll happily refund you. In the case of refund, it should also cause commissions recalculations in the next payment cycle (where applicable).

Your right of withdrawal is according to the law, subject to limitation and it does not apply and you do not have a right to withdraw among others in case of purchasing of:

· tickets, such as concert or event tickets or live event tickets for specific dates. In case of change, the customer / IBO / Elite customer has 30 days from the day he purchased the event ticket(in case the change is approved).

· sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or health protection reasons after being opened.

· tailor-made goods developed according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.

· sealed data carriers or computer software, such as DVDs, which you have unsealed upon receipt, e-learning content, online digital content or digital products, if you have started downloading or streaming it.

  • services, once these have been completed;
  • Goods which deteriorate or expire rapidly.

The deadline for changing your mind. If you change your mind about a product you must let us know no later than 14 days after:

· the day we deliver your product, if it is goods. If the goods are for regular delivery, you can only change your mind after the first delivery. If the goods are split into several deliveries over different days, the period runs from the day after the last delivery.

· the day we confirm we have accepted your order, if it is for a service.

· the day we confirm we have accepted your order, if it is for digital content for download or streaming, although you can't change your mind about digital content once we have started providing it.

As mentioned above, you are not entitled to a refund if you change your mind about going to a physical event or you can no longer go. However, we may, at our discretion, approve a refund on request, in the form of replacement with products of equal value, in case exceptional circumstances apply. If you believe that such exceptional circumstances apply, please email us at [email protected] and provide a brief explanation as to the exceptional circumstances that in your opinion give rise to such request. No promise is made from our side that we will make a replacement. |n case your request is approved, we will provide the replacement products of equal value however, an administration processing fee of 35 ΕUR as well as the delivery costs will be deducted from the total amount of your initial purchase. We may give you the option to select product(s) out of the range of products we offer, however, the final decision as to the products to be delivered, will be with us. No credit will made to the card you used for your purchase and we will not make refunds in the form of cash or cheques. Alternatively at our discretion, we may issue a voucher of equal value, for the purchase of products or services from us, such voucher to be utilised within a 3-months period from the date of issue.

When exercising your right to change your mind:

(a) We may reduce a customer’s refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by the customer’s handling them. If we refund the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover that the customers have handled them in an unacceptable way, they must pay us an appropriate amount.

(b) The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer. For example, if we offer delivery of a product within 3-5 days at one cost but a customer choose to have the product delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what a customer would have paid for the cheaper delivery option.

Defective Products

We do our best to make sure every product within our stores represents the Wealthlooks quality, but if it does not, our Customer Service Team at [email protected] are here to help. If you receive products different from the ones agreed to be sold, in terms of type or quantity, or in case of delivery of a defective product, the Customer Service Team will investigate the goods to ensure a defect is present. In this case, the costs of returning the products to us are borne by us as long as the method of return proposed by the us is followed. The value of the Product is refunded in the same way as the initial payment.

Legal Guarantee

For electrical, electronic and other selected products the price of which exceeds €50 per product, a legal guarantee is provided for the period of 2 years from the purchase of the product.
