Training Membership Plans

This section covers additional terms that apply to your use of our training membership subscription plan(s) offered to eligible Wealthlooks users (“Training Membership Plan”). Terms available through our website shall apply to the extent that they are not contradictory to the below terms.  In case of any contradiction, the present terms shall prevail with regards to the Training Membership Plans, and any digital content and/or product offered therein. 

Capitalised terms shall have the same meaning as in the General Terms Conditions Learning Management System–Access to video content/educational material.

By using a Training Membership Plan, you agree to the additional terms in this section.  

1. Description

The Training Membership Plans are only available to Wealthlooks users or IBOs or Elite Customers.     

Our mission by offering these Training Membership Plans, is to improve your lives through training and offering access to our educational digital products and content, which are available online.  For more information about our Services (as such term is defined in our General Terms Conditions Learning Management System–Access to video content/educational material), please visit General Terms Conditions Learning Management System–Access to video content/educational material

We offer 3 types of Training Membership Plans:

  • Gold Membership (available for Elite Customers and IBOs)
  • Gold Pro Membership (available only for IBOs)
  • Diamond Membership (coming soon)

To purchase our Training Membership Plans and enjoy our Services, you must be over 18 years old.  

You need an existing Wealthlooks account and credentials to be able to purchase our Training Membership Plans. 

Purchasing one of our Training Membership Plans, grants access to special and/or exclusive courses/products/events/content available for free or at a discounted price either through online streaming or live streaming or other similar electronic means (“Digital Products/Content”). If you decide not to purchase our Training Membership Plans, certain basic courses/ digital products/content might be available at their standard prices, with your respective Wealthlooks accounts.

2. Terms of the Training Membership Plans

 a. Licensing

During your subscription to a Training Membership Plan, you get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license from us, to access and view the Digital Products/Content provided through the Training Membership Plan you have selected and enrolled. 

Our available Digital Products/Content are licensed, and not sold to you. 

This license does not give you any right to transfer or resell the Digital Products/Content in any manner (including by sharing account information with a purchaser or illegally downloading the content, recording, publishing and/or sharing in general). You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any content unless we give you explicit permission to do so in a written agreement signed by a Wealthlooks authorized representative. This also applies to content you can access via any of our APIs.

The plan you choose to purchase from our available Training Membership Plans, determines the scope, features, and fees applicable to you for accessing the available content through our Training Membership Plans. You may not transfer, assign, or share your subscription with anyone else.

We reserve the right to revoke any license to use the Digital Products/Content provided through our Training Membership Plans for legal or policy reasons at any time and at our sole discretion, such as if we no longer have the right to offer the content through a Training Membership Plan.  

We note that any access provided relates to the Digital Products/Content, and not the training instructor and/or creator of the Digital Products/Content.  The instructors and/or creators may decide at any time they no longer provide teaching assistance or related content and any Digital Products/Content featuring them may be revoked.  You are not allowed to approach the training instructors for direct licensing, and the training instructors shall not be allowed to license content to users directly, since the owner of the content is Wealthlooks. Any such direct license is a violation of these terms and is considered as null and void.

 b. Managing your subscription

     i. Payments and Billing

Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.  See section 2.b.iv (Refunds) for additional information.

The subscription fee for the Training Membership Plan you choose, will be indicated at the time of your purchase.  

To subscribe to a Training Membership Plan, you must provide a payment method. By subscribing to a Training Membership Plan and providing your billing information during checkout, you grant us and/or our payment service providers the right to process payment for the then-applicable fees via the payment method we have on record for you. At the end of each subscription term, we will automatically renew your subscription for the same length of term and process your payment method for payment of the then-applicable fees, unless you decide to terminate as mentioned in section 2.b.iii(Cancellation).

In the event that we update your payment method using information provided by our payment service providers, you authorize us to continue to charge the then-applicable fees to your updated payment method.

If we are unable to process payment through the payment method we have on file for you,  we may suspend or terminate your subscription.  In such circumstances you will lose any access you have on our Digital Products/Content available through our Training Membership Plans.

We reserve the right to change our Training Membership Plans or adjust pricing for our Services at our sole discretion. Any price changes or changes to your subscription will take effect following a notice sent to you, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

By choosing to purchase one of our Training Membership Plans you accept that you do not have any right of withdrawal with respect to the purchase of the Training Membership Plans.  

   ii. Renewal 

Your subscription to our Training Membership Plan will be renewed automatically at the end of your billing cycle (according to your subscription settings i.e, monthly/ annually), unless it is terminated prior to the end of current billing cycle in accordance with the terms mentioned below.

The subscription fee shall be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle (regardless of whether it is a monthly or annual subscription).  For example, if a user purchases our monthly Training Membership Plan on 6/7/2024, then their next cycle of billing begins on 6/8/24, and this is the date on which they will be charged.

   iii. Cancellation

You may cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription, by sending us an email at [email protected] or using the cancellation tab. 

When you cancel your subscription, we will provide you with confirmation of subscription cancellation, and you will not be charged again for that subscription unless you purchase a new Subscription.

If you cancel your subscription to a Training Membership Plan, your access to that Training Membership Plan will automatically end on the last day of your billing cycle, depending on the billing option you have chosen (i.e. last day of completion of your monthly or annual term), provided that you inform us at least 5 business days before the end of your subscription billing cycle (for the purpose of this section, a business day is any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in the Republic of Cyprus). 

For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation of the Training Membership Plan does not terminate or cancel or otherwise affect your Wealthlooks account, which is still available for your standard use.  

 iv. Refunds

On cancellation, you will not be entitled to receive a refund or credit of any fees already paid for your subscription.

If you cancel your subscription before the end of a billing cycle, you will not receive a refund unless you are cancelling for any of the following reasons: (a) we have materially breached these Terms and failed to cure that breach within 30 days after you have so notified us in writing; (b) a refund is required by law; or (c) we, in our sole discretion, determine a refund is appropriate. 

c. Price Changes

Our fees for our Training Membership Plans may change at any time, provided that the change will become effective only at the end of the then-current billing cycle of your subscription. Wealthlooks will provide you with advance notice to review any change in fees. If you do not agree to the change in fees, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect. Please see further details on section 2.b.iii(Cancellation).

d. Changes to the status of your Wealthlooks account

If at any time during an existing subscription cycle you or we terminate your Wealthlook accounts for any reason or you are not an eligible candidate you will no longer have access to any of the Services and/or products and/or events and/or discounts/offers you had available during the term of membership.   

e. Fees

f. BVs

Each purchase of a Training Membership Plan shall provide the user with BVs either monthly or annually, which shall be considered for the purposes of rank calculation.  Whenever a membership subscription is renewed the respective BVs are generated and/or adjusted. 

For IBOs the BVs are added to their Personal Business Volume. 

For Elite Customers, the BVs are added to the PBV of their sponsoring IBO.

3. Disclaimers

We make no guarantees as to the availability of any specific Digital Products/Content in any Training Membership Plan or as to any minimum amount of Digital Products/Content provided through any of our Training Membership Plan(s). At any point in the future, we reserve the right to offer or cease to offer additional features to any Training Membership Plan, or to otherwise modify or terminate a Training Membership Plan at our sole discretion. We have no responsibility to maintain or store the Digital Products/Content available for use in any Training Membership Plan.  We reserve the right to remove any Digital Products/Content, at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion, without any prior notice. 

It is possible for our platform to go down, either for scheduled maintenance or because certain content needs to go down or for other reasons - for example in case any of our instructors proceed with misleading statements in their Digital Products/Content or we encounter security issues.  In any such case you accept that you will not have any recourse against us in any of these situations. 

Our Services and/or any opinions and/or information expressed and/or provided within our Digital Products/Content do not form business, legal, financial, tax, medical or expert advice.  You are encouraged to seek professional advice for any such related matters. We do not guarantee in any manner the reliability, validity, accuracy, opinions or truthfulness of the content provided by the instructors.  Any reliance on information or content provided by the instructor is at your own risk.

We may decide to cease making available certain features of the Services at any time and for any reason. Under no circumstances will Wealthlooks or its affiliates, suppliers, partners or agents be held liable for any damages due to such interruptions or lack of availability of such features.

4. Limitation of Liability

There are risks inherent to using our Services and/or Digital Products/Content, for example, if you access any health or wellness content, and you injure yourself. You fully accept these risks and you agree that you will have no recourse to seek damages against us, even if you suffer loss or damage from using our platform and Services. 

We assume no liability in case you rely on the Services for any business, legal, financial, tax, medical or expert advice.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend (if we so request), and hold harmless Wealthlooks, our group companies, and their officers, directors, suppliers, partners, and agents from an against any third-party claims, demands, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from (a) your use of the Services or your behaviour (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party. Your indemnification obligation will survive any termination.

6. Miscellaneous

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by applicable law, then that provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Terms will continue in effect.

Even if we are delayed in exercising our rights or fail to exercise a right in one case, it doesn't mean we waive our rights under these Terms, and we may decide to enforce them in the future. If we decide to waive any of our rights in a particular instance, it doesn't mean we waive our rights generally or in the future.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction 

These terms, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the Laws of the Republic of Cyprus and the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus will have exclusive jurisdiction.

8. Amendments

We amend these terms from time to time and in case of any changes we will notify you.  These terms were latest updated on 01 Oct 2024.
